Item(s) bought from Bht Store can only be returned within 7 days of purchase if:-

  • They cannot power on.
  • They are the wrong color, wrong size or wrong specification.
  • Were damaged on delivery.
  • Products had missing parts
  • Were different products from what was ordered
  • Received fewer products than ordered.

Item can be returned to our store on Plot 47 Zakariya House, Gayaza road, Kalerwe, Kampala or by visiting our contact page and reaching out thru any of the listed channels of communication.

During communication, please share the order number and reasons for return.

Your will then be informed when the product(s) will be picked up and expected time of refund.

On the agreed pickup date, an agent of BHT Store will call your for the pickup.

During the pickup, the agent will inspect the products in your presence to confirm your claims.

When reasons for return are validated, you should receive your refund within 3 working days.
